Man is frustrated, stressed, depressed and lonely. The reasons are many - lack of clarity, monotony, fast paced life, or just living without a purpose. The Transformation program is about living life healthier and happier, with more clarity and a sense of centeredness in this chaotic world. The human body has seven bodies within it - physical, mental, emotional, sensual, social, material and spiritual. Somewhere, we only cater just to two or three bodies and the rest are left untouched creating turbulence and imbalance within, because of which creativity, and productivity are slowly destroyed, while stress and diseases crop up.
 
Techniques and Methodology
We use techniques which are simple and sometimes things we do in our normal lives. The difference is that in our daily lives we do it without awareness where the doer and the observer are one. In our program we teach you the art of separating this doer and the observer.

When we are in stress or pain, we totally become the pain but once we experience that gap first hand, the observer can see the pain and do something to the pain, without becoming the pain. We use techniques like dancing very slowly in an open space without language or structure, or laughing, or becoming aware of the most fearful parts of our lives.

Our method uses Sufi stories to make you understand life better. It uses poetry writing, to painting to bring about creativity.
