It was the middle of 2005 and life was moving normally (or as it appeared) until it was hit by something that I could not have dream of in my worst nightmare. It was a low (mentally) that could have led to total disintegration.
Then around the last week of August, BHARAT’s class at Bandra happened. The connection was instant which very soon became an addiction. I say addiction because, although I was a member at the gym and would play squash or jog regularly, more often than doing anything of the above, I would land up at the yoga class. Reason being, that while jogging or at the squash court (gym was always last on the list) my mind would go back to the stresses of life but while I was at the yoga class nothing ever bothered me. In fact it brought me happiness.
There are a number of changes in me as a person that have happened in the last three years but nothing as significant as that, I have stopped EXPECTING from life and started ACCEPTING life.
